
Examination and Promotion:-
a) Attendance at all examinations is compulsory. Exemption is granted only on medical grounds. Re-examinations as a rule are not conducted.
b) Average performance throughout the academic year is taken into consideration for promotion.
c) For the maintenance of good standards, 35% pass marks in all subjects are insisted upon.
d) A student may be debarred from any examination for any or all of the reasons given below:
1) Giving or taking dishonest help.
2) Non payment of prescribed fees. (tuition fees)
3) Suspension from the institution.

e) No application for the reconsideration for the detained case shall be entertained unless natural justice demands it.
f) Parents must collect the progress reports at least once a term. This will give them an opportunity to get first hand information about the progress of their children from the teachers.
g) The examination scripts of the students are sent to the parents after each test for their perusal. However the terminal exam answer scripts will be kept in the school office for the purpose of promotion and will be made available for the perusal of any desiring parent. Progress reports will be sent to the parents after every test and terminal examination. The parents must attest them with their signature and send them back to the class teacher.
