1. A calendar month’s notice is to be given in writing before the withdrawal of a pupil, by a parent or guardian. Those who leave in April, must pay the fees for the month of May also.
2. Pupils who leave without notice or pupils whose names are struck off the rolls for unexplained absence for more than one month are  as a rule not re-admitted.
3. Certificates of any kind will not be issued to the students who have the arrears ( any dues). Application for T.C. or any other certificates  should be submitted by the parents at least three days prior to the issue.
4. Pupils who desire to discontinue studies should take their certificate immediately. A fee will be charged if the certificate is taken after  one year and if duplicate is applied for the prescribed procedure must be followed.
