To The Parents/Guardians.....

Every child is an important person in our school. The maximum cooperation of parents is essential for bringing out the best in the child.

 

1. Parents are requested to be prompt in signing the Progress Report And acknowledging receipt of communications from the school.

 

2. Parents are not allowed to visit their wards or teachers in the classrooms during the school hours.

 

3. Parents are requested to contact the principal in case they need an appointment with the teachers. They can meet the teachers on all Saturdays from 12:45 pm. to 2-30 pm.

 

4. Participation of Parents / Guardians in the school day celebrations P.T.A., etc., is highly appreciated.

 

5. Parents are requested to retain the fee receipts till the end of the academic year.

 

6. To the best interest of their children, Parents are requested to readily respond when they are asked to call on the principal or teachers.

 

7. Parents are expected to show due respect to the school authorities and teachers.

 

8. Parents should carefully go through the diary of the students, daily, and sign the remarks if any. The FA/SA reports should be scrutinised & duly signed.

 

9. The school insists on strict punctuality, regular school attendance, cleanliness in dress, general grooming and Fidelity to study and work assignments.

 

10.Students who neglect their lessons, homework will be required to stay in school after class to complete their lessons.

 

11.When communicating with the principal, parents are requested to mention in their letters the class, name, Roll No.& division in which their children are studying.

 

12.Parents/guardians should as soon as possible notify the school authorities of the occurrence of any contagious/ infectious disease in the house where a pupil lives & the pupil must not be sent to school until all danger of infection is over.

 

13.Parents/guardians are informed that their children are liable to be detained after school hours by the principal/ teacher for reasons best known.

 

14.Parents/guardians are hereby informed that school being a public place, every student is expected to behave well in the school and not cause any injury to himself / herself or to any other student of the school. Incase of any injury occurring due to the carelessness of the student the school will not be responsible for it.

 

15. Criticism of a teacher should be avoided in the presence of the child because it undermines his/her respect for the teacher. If you have a legitimate complaint, please bring it to the notice of the Principal. Any such complaint made, will be most welcome, as this could help in the better functioning of the school.

 

16. Parents are not allowed to feed the students during lunch break in the school premises.
